"How much is this going to cost total?"

Our base rate is $60/hour, plus a mobilization fee, and we schedule in 1–4 hour blocks. We arrive ready to work and can provide an hours estimate before starting. If it doesn't work for you, no worries—there's no charge. You only pay for assistance you use. You can check our live calendar and grab a spot right here! 

"It shows X time, is that right?"

Pay close attention to the time zone displayed just under the appointment time - Google will show the equivalent time to your browser's time zone. Most of our appointments are scheduled at 9am and 1pm Arizona time, with arrival in the first 30 minutes.

"Who buys the materials, and do you mark them up?" 

I recommend having us go to the store or order for you during the appointment if any materials are needed - We can make sure the right ones are purchased after inspecting, saving you additional trips and hassle. We pass on the charge with no mark up and provide a copy of the receipt on your final invoice.

"This appointment says 240 minutes - is that the arrival window or total hours? What if I need more than 4 hours? Is there a minimum?"

Our appointments are booked in 1-4 hour slots, the arrival window is usually the first 30 minutes. You only pay for what you use, but we do have a 1 hour minimum. If you need more time, we can schedule additional appointments after that first one.

"Do you provide a warranty on work?"

We are called back for more assistance often! Though it's usually new assistance ..In the rare occurrence that we are called back on related work, we waive the mobilization fee no questions asked - We have a duty to double check and stand by our work!
